Colorado Rafting Bill Hits Snags

Private landowners, water experts, and private boaters see a lot in House Bill 1188 that they don’t like.  The sponsor, Sen. Mary Hodge, D-Brighton, thinks that if she can get the bill through the Senate Judiciary Committee, it will make it through the full Senate.  It has already passed the House 40-25.
