Todd and Elmer Payne of Lethal Impact Outfitters, were convicted of misdemeanor charges of baiting turkeys, illegally tagging deer, and providing false information to investigators.  They lost their hunting licenses for a year, but according to their attorney, they are still in business, as guides are not required to have hunting licences. The father/son team operates in Southwest Ohio.

Otherwise, the two received suspended jail sentences of 30 days, a year of probation, and fines. Felony charges are reportedly still under investigation.
